Personal Data collected includes:


Upon booking:

Name, Email, Phone number. These contact details are used for the arrangement of appointments and the provision of specific information which a client requests e.g. a link to a site. 

Where coaching is agreed, and coaching contract signed, address is collected and will, at some point thereafter, be provided to the EMCC and / or the ICF, who, as the accrediting body for coaching, require a list of clients whom the coach has worked with to demonstrate how many hours the coach has completed. Address is not collected at the point of booking discovery call/ initial informal chat.

In a safety emergency such as a mental health crisis or commitment of serious crime in which there is serious concern for the safety of the client or someone else the coach could provide the address to a third party who was tasked with ensuring safety, such as Police.  Disclosure would usually be discussed with the client first.

No information is used for marketing purposes and the Sensitivity Coaching website does not collect non-essential cookies.


Third Parties who process information on behalf of Sensitivity Coaching:


Acuity Scheduling - securely holds the above booking information only for the purpose of scheduling appointments with Sensitivity Coaching. Sensitivity coaching will delete data from Acuity after 7 years or when clients request deletion.

Stripe - securely processes payment details, without sharing them with Sensitivity Coaching.  The details are not shared with Sensitivity Coaching.

Squarespace - uses essential cookies for the operation of the Sensitivity Coaching website.

During sessions:

Notes are kept only for the purpose of allowing Leanne to conduct coaching effectively.
Information is noted in the shortest possible format that will allow Leanne to recall the salient points from the session. i.e minimal information is collected.
Notes are securely stored in password protected files and secure cloud based back up system.
Notes are kept for 7 years or until a client requests its deletion. Clients may request deletion by emailing leanne@sensitivitycoaching.com.
Notes are not shared unless requested formally by a third party such as a court.


Coaches are required to attend supervision and this may include sharing information about coaching sessions. However, information is reduced to a respectful, minimal, anonymised format. 


Clients may be asked if they consent to the recording of sessions for supervision/professional development purposes. Recordings are not made unless client consent is specifically given. Recordings are kept securely and deleted upon completion of the coach’s supervision or assessment.

Sensitivity Coaching is registered with the Information Commissioners Office. The Data Controller is Leanne Rigby.
